# Terms of Service for Binance Payment

By using the Binance Payment website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or "we"), services related to cryptocurrency arbitrage, and any features or services provided through the Site, you ("User" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Binance Payment. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

## 1. Introduction

**Acceptance of Terms**: Use of the Site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. You are required to carefully review this document before use.  
**Changes**: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be implemented via email, Site notifications, or document updates. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance.  
**Age and Eligibility**: You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to use financial services. Use of the Site by minors or in prohibited regions (such as the United States, Iran, or other sanctioned countries) is forbidden.

## 2. Description of Services

Binance Payment is an online platform for conducting cryptocurrency arbitrage transactions. Services include:  
- Connecting to Binance wallets for fund transfers.  
- Automated execution of arbitrage trades between various exchanges to exploit price differences.  
- Management of main wallet balance and total wallet.  
- Withdrawal of funds after the specified waiting period based on the user's plan (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium, VIP).  

Services are only provided to registered and verified users, and there is no guarantee of profitability for trades.

## 3. Registration and Account

**Registration**: To use the services, you must create an account and provide accurate information (name, email). Fake or incorrect accounts will result in permanent suspension.  
**Security**: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. Any unauthorized access is your responsibility.  
**Identity Verification (KYC)**: Identity verification is not mandatory for withdrawals.  
**Limitations**: Each user is allowed only one account. Suspicious activities (e.g., money laundering) will lead to suspension.

## 4. Rules of Use

**Permitted Use**: You may only use the Site for lawful purposes. Arbitrage trades must comply with local and international laws.  
**Prohibitions**:  
- Use of bots or automated scripts without permission.  
- Fraudulent trades, spam, or any illegal activities (e.g., gambling, scams).  
- Access from prohibited IPs or anonymous VPNs.  
- Sharing accounts with others.  

**Arbitrage Activities**:  
- Plans include waiting periods (e.g., 45 days for Basic Plan).  
- Withdrawal is only possible after completing the period and stopping all arbitrage tasks.  
- Withdrawal transfers the entire main balance to the total wallet and is irreversible.

## 5. Risks and Warnings

**Financial Risk**: Arbitrage trading involves the risk of capital loss. The crypto market is volatile, and we provide no guarantees for profits or capital preservation. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.  
**Technical Risk**: Internet outages, hacks, or technical issues may lead to losses. We accept responsibility for damages resulting from such cases.  
**Legal Risk**: Crypto regulations are evolving. You are responsible for complying with your country's laws.

## 6. User Responsibilities

- Providing accurate and up-to-date information.  
- Paying transaction and withdrawal fees.

Upon termination, access to the Site is blocked.

## 10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved under Hong Kong law (Binance's location).  
Attempt amicable resolution first; otherwise, arbitration is mandatory.
